North Carolina vs. Texas
The second ranked Texas Longhorns will be taking on the tenth ranked North Carolina Tar Heels today. This game will be played in the new Dallas stadium, which most people consider to be a very special honor, as it will only be one of two basketball games played there. It is going to be a close game, but in my opinion you’re going to see the outside game of Texas take over. Unfortunately for the Tar Heels, Ty Lawson, Wayne Ellington, and Danny Green are not easy people to replace and Carolina’s outside game will falter.
They have size and depth inside, but with no outside game to keep up with the Longhorns, I don’t see them coming out on top. I see the Longhorns remaining in the top two, either staying there or becoming number one. And as for the Tar Heels, for the first time in three years they could drop outside of the top 10! A big game for both teams especially the Tar Heels, I just don’t see it for them.
