EA Tiburon is a studio that truly embraces their assignment when it comes to making NCAA FOOTBALL 12. There have been some critics over the years who assume that this annual title, which always releases a week before MADDEN does, is just a filler for the college football masses in communities like Norman and Lincoln. But nothing could be further from the truth. NCAA FOOTBALL 12 is it’s own sovereign state and a great game.

When developing a sports video game, it is usually a must to acquire the official license of the professional league based upon that sport. In other words, Madden Football would be pretty weak if it had fictional teams instead of the real NFL teams. So while Electronic Arts has no affiliation with UFC (THQ has cornered the market on that), they decided to make a mixed martial arts game anyway, thus the new EA SPORTS MMA for the XBOX 360 and PS3.
