Former professional road bicycle racer Davis Phinney joins Ron Barr to discuss his new book, The Happiness of Pursuit: A Father's Courage, a Son's Love and Life's Steepest Climb. Phinney was the first American to win a stage of the Tour de France; he also won a bronze medal in the 1984 Olympic Games. In 2000, Phinney faced one of the biggest challenges in his life when he was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease.
